___ UCC RULES updated, June 22nd, 2018 - United Coalition Is to Be Same as International Parliament's Ten Execs

___ The International Parliament's Vote Counting Ministry will oversee the election of the "United Coalition of Candidates (UCC)", the "Structural Precedents and Guidelines" and the "Unity Platform".

___ NOMINATED NAMES: Any live person, from any location on earth, may be nominated to serve on United Coalition of Candidates (UCC).

___ Candidates are not limited to one campaign, so a name may be listed with the United Coalition of Candidates (UCC).

___ The elected candidates of the United Coalition of Candidates (UCC) may speak to the IP Senate and/or the General Assembly Chamber.

___ The United Coalition of Candidates (UCC) election cycle will begin every year on January 1st, and end at the end of the year on December 31st.

___ Any nomination Unity Platform items which qualify for the "Top 13" on Eballot #62 on January 1st
when the new annual records for Top 13 begin, those items will remain eligible for the nomination
ballot/eballot regardless of whom nominated the item, whether they die or not,
whether the wish to remove or revoke their nominated item, and no matter the
status of the nominator, the nominated items for the ballot/eballot remain in
effect for the entire year so long as they remain one of the top thirteen.
