___ New Facebook requests to the Ministry facebook page will be elected as Directors and until 50 Directors are elected. Their vote will count as a #1 vote for their own name.

___ Only elected members including Ministers and Directors may rank names with consecutive numerals as a vote for Directors.

___ A combination of facebook page requests and rankings will elect the first 50 Directors.

___ The election of Directors won't be announced or published publicly until all 50 Directors are elected.

___ Until the 50 Directors are elected, the facebook page will remain closed.

___ Once 50 Directors are elected, facebook requests to join will no longer count as a #1 vote for the requesters name, unless the guideline for allowing that is approved and the three Administrators for maintaining the votes have agreed to oversee the new votes and new totals generated with each vote.

___ After 50 Directors are elected, the facebook page can be public or remain closed, but only elected Directors will be approved for facebook page membership. As some new names are elected, causing Directors to be unelected and replaced, then the newly elected Directors will be added to the facebook page and the unelected Directors deleted from the facebook page.

___ The facebook page will feature the "send message" and until the facebook company's mechanics are understood why this feature is terminated, everything will be done to make sure all 50 Directors can be messaged under this feature.
