Do not use X marks. Mark your choice(s) with numbers only. Put the figure 1 beside your first choice, the figure 2 beside your second choice, the figure 3 beside your third choice, and so on. Consecutive numbers beginning with the #1 only. You may rank as many choices as you please. Do not put the same figure beside more than one choice/name.

___ _________________________________________ (write in new guideline item) ___ _________________________________________ (write in guideline item) ___ _________________________________________ (write in guideline item) ___ FULL MINISTER RESPONSIBILITIES: All questions about Director sign up, voting, adding and subtracting Directors' names to the facebook chat will be the responsibility of the full Minister. ___ VOTES CAST AND KEPT AS PROOF: All marked eballots will be copies in two places and one of the places will be linked in a bottom navigation bar located on the Ministry's home page which is linked in the International Parliament Cabinet's home page to the on the site http://www.international-parliament.org/cabinet.html ___ New facebook names who sign up with Ministry become elected "Free Directors" until the 50 seats are filled by names. ___ Only the two elected Ministers, the three elected Administrators and the fifty (50) elected Directors may vote on names to elect the fifty "Free Directors", three Administrators, all agenda items, resolutions and internal guidelines. ___ The five-member executive (the two Ministers and three Administrators) of each Ministry will try to become like a vessel. As new names on this executive are elected and replaced, the five executives add and subtract names accordingly, from the Ministry's home page, facebook page and/or facebook chat groups for Directors. Though all the names may change, the vessel remains intact, no matter which name arrives or departs. ___ Full Minister must designate a top-ranked Administrator to oversee data protection.
