Approved Guidelines

1,1_ FULL MINISTER RESPONSIBILITIES: All questions about Director sign up, voting, adding and subtracting Directors' names to the facebook chat will be the responsibility of the full Minister.

2,2 VOTES CAST AND KEPT AS PROOF: All marked eballots will be copies in two places and one of the places will be linked in a bottom navigation bar located on the Ministry's home page which is linked in the International Parliament Cabinet's home page to the on the site http://www.international-parliament.org/cabinet.html

3,3 New facebook names who sign up with Ministry become elected "Free Directors" until the 50 seats are filled by names.

7,5 Full Minister must designate a top-ranked Administrator to oversee data protection.

Guidelines Not Approved

__4_ The five-member executive (the two Ministers and three Directors) of each Ministry will try to become like a vessel. As new names are elected and replaced, they are added and subtracted from the Ministry's home page, facebook page and/or facebook chat groups for Directors, and though all the names may change, the vessel remains intact no matter which name arrives or departs.
__4_ All of the International Parliament's Senators are the only members of the International Parliament who will be eligible to pick one Ministry to be one of fifty (50) "Donor Directors" within the Ministry.
_5__ Only the two elected Ministers, the three elected Administrators and the one-hundred (100) elected Directors may vote on any names and decisions within each Ministry. Including are the elections for the fifty "Free Directors", the agenda, resolutions, internal guidelines and the three Administrators.

But should the name become unelected in all Ministries but one, then there the name may be elected and added to the blank eballot and Ministry's home page.
